The hotel is not bad but there are some small things not being taken care of. I had to leave after one night only though my booking was for two weeks. The maintenace is poor as some cabinates were damaged. The kitchen utencels were scratched and looking very old and not as per the list.

because of hotel furniture. you feel your self at your own home. they bring you quickly taxi transportation. they are well connected with many restaurants of all types in Sharjah. the staff are nice persons and really I like to stay again in that hotel.
according to Booked.net, the charge for extra bed for an adult is 30 AED per one night. but they actually charge 50 AED per one night. I think the two figures should be matched. another thing is that the road to the hotel is sand and this cause dust.

The staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with a quiet and calm living space. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Karen, Grace, Ghulam, and Krisham from the front office, ensured a wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff, Nadim, Eric, and Beth, took good care of the room.
Don't have any issues at all.

Everything was perfect, absolutely perfect location short walk to the beach and corniche and the sea and aquarium, outstandingly accommodating staff. We enjoyed staying 2 nights here...

Excellent value, amazing 3 star hotel. Had comfortable and ideal location nEAR CONSTRUCTION SITES, around 4-6 minutes walk from an educational aquarium. Near to Dubai and the beach. Reasonable base for exploring Sharjah.

Great location with a beach nearby that you can easily walk to. the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They serve up a nice spread for breakfast with lots of good stuff to choose from. 🌟

Units size and location
Construction nearby causing dust and noise. Hotel management is not professional and helpless Hotel units are spread in two buildings causing inconvenience for guest.
